There will be a MANDATORY parent/player meeting on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 7:15pm in the cafeteria at South High School. All parents and players MUST attend. Participation in practice and games will not be allowed without attendance. Please be prompt as the meeting will begin at 7:15pm, and should not last longer than 45 minutes.

Tryouts will begin August 16, 2010, 3:30pm at SHS soccer fields. Players are required to gain clearance from the Athletic Office prior to participation. Each and every player will have an opportunity to participate at the highest level possible, Varsity and JV teams will be decided by the end of week one. Each player is required to attend all practice sessions, failure to do so may result in loss of playing time and or permanent removal from team. All players, Varsity or JV will be provided with a uniform, which does not come at a cost to the athlete or his family. Players must wear proper gear during tryouts and until practice uniforms are provided, i.e. shingaurds, soccer socks, soccer shorts, and T-shirt (black, white or gray).

We will be hosting our annual free youth camp, October 14, 2009, under the lights at Dutch Clark Stadium. The Camp will kick off at 7pm. Please be sure to bring a completed waiver to registration, which will begin at 6pm. All participants are required to have a completed waiver prior to participation. We will also be giving out free t-shirts to the first 100 participants. Please dress appropriately with cleats and shingaurds, come prepared for inclement weather.

Our annual youth clinic was a great success. Members of boys and girls programs joined forces to give the youth of Pueblo the opportunity to learn from our HS athletes and coaches. We had just over 200 participants whom withstood the freezing cold winds and enjoyed a night of fun and learning at Dutch Clark Stadium. 5 area teams representing Pueblo Rangers, Corwin Middle School, and PSSA were among the 200 participants. Thanks to all the coaches and players whom participated.

Meeting dates are Monday's, 7pm. The location for this meeting will be at Starbucks on Pueblo Blvd. All current members need attend. Interested in becoming a member, or have a great fundraising idea, stop on in, the door is always open.
